Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US has extended its size range for the M-Series SUZ Universal Outdoor Unit single-zone heat pump. The unit is now available in 24,000, 30,000, and 36,000 BTU/H capacities, alongside the existing 9,000, 12,000, 15,000, and 18,000 BTU/H capacity products.

“We’re pleased to add three new sizes to the SUZ outdoor unit H2i lineup for heating larger spaces more efficiently, without the need for fossil fuels, while still being able to provide the required heating capacity at very low ambient temperatures,” says Mitul Patel, director of residential product management at Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US. “At METUS, we’re constantly envisioning new ways to provide our customers with solutions to meet their specific comfort needs, and we’re excited to offer these additions to one of our most successful residential lineups.”

The SUZ Universal Outdoor Unit is a part of the M-Series line of indoor and outdoor units, and is compatible with the PEAD mid-static and SVZ multi-position air handler indoor ducted units. The unit features a heating operation range of -13 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and a cooling operation range of 23 to 115 degrees Fahrenheit.
