Hello again from Olson Defendorf Custom Homes.  We are a custom home builder in Austin, TX.

Here is an new article from the Austin American Statesman.  Permitting in The City of Austin is now taking over four months for a residential permit.  They are going to raise permit fees 25% to pay for an additional 14 staffers to help out.  Read more below.
