Owner/Project Manager

Certified Graduate Builder

Troy was born and raised in upstate New York where he worked in construction starting at age sixteen. He graduated from Syracuse University in 1995 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Troy moved to Austin in 1996 and worked with various homebuilders. He has literally built hundreds of homes and was construction manager for a multi-million dollar custom division. Troy lives in Austin with his wife Tracy and their three children, Nick, Cate and Matthew.  When he is not building homes, Troy enjoys spending time with his family, working on home projects, and relaxing on Lake LBJ.

Purchasing/Operations

Jay Littleton grew up in Northeastern Oklahoma and moved to Austin in 1986.  He owned and operated a successful residential interior trim business for ten years.  Jay has worked with several building companies in central Texas specializing in custom construction.  His eye for detail comes from many years as both a contractor and supervisor.  Jay and his wife, Marci, are empty-nesters with two grown sons.  When he is not on a job site, you might find Jay playing music in the local venues in central Texas.

Office Manager

Kathleen was born and raised in Northern CA.   She moved to Austin in 2007.  Kathleen and her husband, Tony, have three amazing children, Kate, Molly and Erin.   When she is not managing our entire office she can be found cooking delicious meals for her family and friends, playing tennis, and cheering on her girls in volleyball and swimming.

Have been designing and building high end custom furniture and cabinetry for 25 years.

Owned his own residential design/build firm for 8 years before joining OD team.

Married to Jessica

 Matt was born and raised in Austin Texas. He took a short stint out to AZ, for a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Arizona State University. Upon his return to Austin in 1997, he began building custom furniture and cabinetry for discriminating West Austin clients. He has continued this work, throughout an MBA in Finance from St. Edward’s University, which helped elevate this passion to becoming the owner of his own residential design/build company. He was on his own for 8 years before yearning to become a part of a great small team. This is what brought him to ODCH.

In his off time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, daughter Maddie (WHS class of 2023) and their super sweet Pit Bull, Ella. They enjoy anything outdoors, from Camping in their teardrop trailer “Snoopy,” to riding “Zavi” and “Pearl” (Ducatis), hiking, mountain biking on “Slimer,” skiing, and of course travelling. If you haven’t noticed, every toy gets a name, even his big white truck, “Larry” J

Born and raised in Central Illinois, Tyler Wick's work ethic was forged early on through labor-intensive jobs such as pool construction and farm work during his summers.

Tyler's journey took a patriotic turn when he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving with distinction in the 2nd Battalion 5th Marines as a Machine Gunner. He completed two tours, showcasing his dedication and courage in challenging environments.

In 2015, Tyler relocated to Austin, Texas, where he continued to apply his skills in construction, initially in high-rise and commercial projects before transitioning to residential construction.  His expertise eventually led him to join OD Custom Homes, where he continues to excel.

Outside of work, Tyler spending time with his wife Lisel and daughter Maeve.  The remaining time is spent going to see live music with friends/family and afternoons of smoking meats.  

Project Manager

Originally from Austin, TX, Walker attended Westlake High School.  After graduating, he pursued his passion for geology at Texas A&M University, earning both an undergraduate and master’s degrees.

Walker's career journey began in Oil and Gas Operations and Development, but his interest in homebuilding led him to make a pivot.  Before joining OD Custom Homes, he gained valuable experience at a national home builder and a small custom builder in the Texas Hill Country.

Outside of work, Walker spends time with his wife Kelly, whom he met at A&M. Together, they share a love for the outdoors, often found hiking and exploring nature. As an avid fly fisherman, he frequently escapes to the Texas coast in pursuit of redfish and bird hunting with his black lab, Moose.
