Pre-Construction Services

At OD Custom Homes we offer many pre-construction services well before we start construction.  As you can imagine, there are many items that need to be completed before we can get pricing, permitting, etc. and these can be daunting if you don't know where to begin.  Our Pre-Construction Services Agreement covers these items such as:

• Geotech report
• Tree and topography surveys
• Foundation and structural engineering
• Septic design and engineering
• City and county permitting
• Fixed cost bids
• Interior design selections

There is a small retainer required for our team to provide these services, but it is completely refundable if you choose to build with us.   This agreement/retainer also books you a spot in our starts calendar.
